I don't hear you grasping that a woman is IN JAIL FOR FOUR YEARS for protesting in a way that insulted armed men who are paid to protect her right to protest. Maybe they didn't like her cause or her grief or her pain. Maybe doing their jobs was hard that day. If they want to change jobs, they can.
I'm from Charleston, SC and I know exactly who the police there are. They let Ruben Greenburg (first black police chief in the USA) stick around for years to give the whole PD cover whilst white supremacists infiltrated the whole system in SC. He was great but he's retired now and the gloves are off.
I wouldn't live in SC again for love nor money. I hope the lady is freed before her sentence is up. Today would be good.
