I think that wishing for success for the enemy of your enemy is an understandable human emotion. I just happen to care about Israel and don't see it as some pawn to be disposed of in a game between larger empires. I also admit to feeling a bit of FAAFO energy when I hear people speculate about Israel being defeated. Speculate away.
